Sleeping Paralysis

You may wake up and find yourself unable to move or speak as if you are frozen. You also may hear footsteps, see a ghost-like creature, or feel someone sitting on your chest. Throughout the history, people considered this phenomenon as work done by evil spirits. But modern science explains this terrifying event as a Sleep Paralysis. Neuroscience can describe the state of Sleep Paralysis as some errors of the neural transmission in the brain during REM sleep, a person who has seen or heard ghost-like figures/voices may easily believe that eveil spirits fully controlled his entire body.Sleep paralysis occurs either when falling asleep, or when awakening.
The main reason behind this is that if we awake suddenly from REM sleep the brain takes some seconds to make body movable (motoring function)mean while the person feels paralysis.
Because we are not merely body but a sole and the conscious state of mind is completely independent of body. So in sleeping paralysis we become aware more quickly than the brain. The persons who feel this could also sometimes feels the out of body experience.
